During my first classmate conversation, I had the opportunity to meet and have a chat with Araceli Lozano. During our discussion I found out that she is a 5th year Human Resource major with a minor in Asian Studies. She enjoys sleeping, hanging out with friends, playing with her dog, and watching movies.  Additionally, we discovered that we in fact grew up not too far from each other considering she’s from North Long Beach and I’m from Compton.

Given the question “Where do you draw the line on what is considered art?” Araceli believes that art is the expression of raw emotions onto something that can be admired by people. Art is something that catches the eye and admiration of whoever may be experiencing it. She doesn’t believe that there is a limit on what we can consider art since that may be subjective from person to person.
